Property Potential was established by Thomas Rado of The Gibraltar & Palme Group Limited in response to a growing need for accessible, affordable, and creative advice for property makeovers. His philosophy is that great guidance on property potential should be available to all in short, concise and fun engagement with real estate owners. Thomas attended university in Canada at Glendon College, York University and in the United Kingdom at the London School of Economics, University of London. His intense passion for architecture and interior design led to his studies in interior design and décor earning him his CID designation from George Brown College.

Thomas Rado’s capabilities have been sought through various consulting roles for more than two decades. Interior design, community master planning, real estate site redevelopment have been an integral part of Thomas’ career.

Over the years Thomas has built an outstanding reputation in client services and industry relations. He is the recipient of several awards from hospitality industry leaders such as Fairmont | Raffles | Swissôtel, Hilton, IHG, and Ritz-Carlton Hotels. In 2013, Thomas was the recipient of the Mayor’s Award for Valued Contribution to the Community by the City of Markham.
